What exactly is NAD+ anyway?
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a molecule found inside the mitochondria of all. living. cells. That, of course, includes skin.
It generates the ATP (remember that from AP Bio?), the energy cells need to do their job.
