The product states that the supplement supports the healthy functioning of 8 biological pathways of skin aging, to slow down the aging process and regenerate skin from within. I take my supplement every morning with my daily smoothie & honestly I’ve noticed changes. My skin looks healthier & feels amazing, not just my face but my entire body of skin feels & looks so much better. I do have a morning & night routine but these supplements have just elevated my whole routine.
