NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
SPONSOR: Aramore’s Father’s Day Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by New Frontier Bio, Inc. (“Sponsor”), having a principal place of business at 48 Dunham Ridge, Suite 5600, Beverly, MA 01915. The Sponsor is responsible for the delivery of the Prize (as defined below) to the winner.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and have a public Instagram account and access to a computer or smartphone capable of accessing Instagram. Establishing an account on Instagram is free. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, as defined below, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, dealerships, advertising agencies, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and their immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the “steps” of each) and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
OFFICIAL RULES: By entering, you accept and agree to these Official Rules, including, but not limited to, your consent to receive messages from the Sweepstakes Entities to your Instagram account, email address, or cellular phone via calls or text messages in connection with the Sweepstakes.
The decisions of Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes. The authorized Instagram account holder (the natural person assigned to the e-mail address associated with the submitted profile) will be deemed to be the entrant.
Winning the Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein, and failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entrants and/or potential winners may be required to provide proof of identification and eligibility as required by Sponsor.
TIMING: The Sweepstakes runs from 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on June 11, 2023 to 12:00 AM on June 18, 2023 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s agent will use its computer as the official Sweepstakes clock. Any entries received outside of the Promotion Period will be disqualified.
HOW TO ENTER: An eligible person may enter the Sweepstakes one time by (1) following @aramoreskincare on Instagram, (2) liking Aramore’s Sweepstakes post on Instagram, and (3) tagging two friends in the comments of Aramore’s Sweepstakes post on Instagram before June 19, 2023 to enter the Sweepstakes (the “Entry”). Your account must be set to “public” for the Entry, but you can return your account to “private” and unfollow it any time after announcement of the sweepstakes winner. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. If entrants use their phone, normal time, toll, connection, and usage rates, if any, charged by your service provider will apply. Alternatively, Entries can be submitted without any charge via computer.
PRIZE: On or about a week after the Promotion Period, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all the Entries submitted during the Promotion Period. The potential winner will receive a direct message through Instagram indicating that they have been selected and requesting that they provide their name and address. Upon receipt of a name and address, the potential winner will be deemed the Prize Winner. The Prize Winner will be announced and tagged on Instagram. The Prize Winner will receive Aramore’s Vitalize Supplement & Restore Supplement with Total retail value of USD 110. The Prize will be sent by Aramore to the Prize Winner at the address provided after receipt of the Prize Winner’s name and address. If a potential winner does not respond with a name and address within 48 hours of receiving notice of selection, then another potential winner will be selected for the Prize until the Prize is delivered. No substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or otherwise transferred or assigned. The Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with Prize receipt and/or use. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.
RELEASE AND CONSENT: This Sweepstakes is subject to all U.S. federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited. An entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes by failing to comply with each provision of these Official Rules, as determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Participation in the Sweepstakes is at your own risk. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible to participate and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If a technology platform, software, or hardware is incapable of running as planned for any reason beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without obligation or prior notice, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation or suspension, the Sponsor shall promptly post a notice on its website and/or social platforms to such effect. The Sponsor shall not be liable for: (1) entries which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged, or otherwise not received by the Sponsor; (2) technical failures of any kind that may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes; or (3) any technical malfunctions of the platform, operating system, telephone network, on-line system, computer equipment or other device, software or applications, program malfunctions or other failures, delayed device transactions or network connections that are human, mechanical, or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person's computer or device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes.
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees for entrant and for entrant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities and Instagram and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of Prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (c) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by Prize supplier that are sent along with Prize; and (d) and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error herein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final.
ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.
If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor or its affiliates that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person Sponsor, in its sole discretion, believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ARAMORE’S WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. If the Sweepstakes is cancelled for any reason before completion of the Promotion Period, all entries received up to the point of termination will be included in random selection for a Prize according to these Official Rules.
Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt of Entry. If for any reason an entrant's Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for entries it does not receive for any reason or for Entries that are received but are not decipherable for any reason.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In any cause of action, the Sweepstakes Entities’ liability shall be limited to $205.00, and in no event shall the Sweepstakes Entities be liable for attorneys’ fees and/or experts’ fees and costs. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant waives the right to claim any additional damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, incidental or indirect damages (unless otherwise prohibited by law).
PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, including but not limited to the Internet and Sponsor’s social media sites, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: By participating in the sweepstakes, YOU AGREE TO THE COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE, which will be subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://aramoreskincare.com/pages/privacy-policy.
GOVERNING LAW: The Sweepstakes and the Official Rules shall be governed according to the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. All claims, actions or suits must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Boston, Massachusetts.
WINNER NAME: For the name of winner, available after February 22, 2023, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: New Frontier Bio, Inc. ATTN: Father’s Day Giveaway Sweepstakes Winner Name Request, 48 Dunham Ridge, Suite 5600, Beverly, MA 01915. Vermont residents may omit return postage. Requests for the Winner’s name must be received no later than three months after the end of the Promotion Period.
